How long does it take for an order to arrive?

If the shipment is to Jeddah, we will deliver the shipment within 24 hours to 3 working days. For shipments outside Jeddah, we will deliver it within 2 working days to the shipping company and then, reach your city within 1 to 5 days.

Please note that fast delivery inside Jeddah is available to all neighborhoods in Jeddah, except for the neighborhoods south of Ajaweed such as Al-Khumra and Al-Qarniya.

What are the delivery costs?

• Jeddah: 19 for regular delivery and 29 for express delivery. Red Box is also available for 12 SAR.
• Outside Jeddah: 28 via Smsa and 12 via Red Box.
